Audra’s Boozy Christmas Cakes

Made with 100% love and deliciousness, my Christmas cakes are made with dried figs, prunes, dates, apricots, cranberries, currants, sultanas, raisins, orange steeped in whiskey then added to this delectable rich batter a handful of bitter chocolate ready for the oven. Each cake is finished off with a sprinkling of pecans and a whiskey glaze. The cake can be stored in the fridge for 3-6 months.

Each cake is ribboned and wrapped snuggly in a 4”x 4”x 3” white gift box.
